Community Scheduling: Service Order Fulfillment

Avianco's system allows you to assign resources to service orders, notify your resources and customers, and receive claims and expenses related to the orders, including timesheets. The system’s flexibility allows you to perform these activities across multiple organizations or sub-organization units.

Process Overview

Daily Assignments

Once the proper resource has been identified and assigned, the Service Fulfillment module automatically tracks the job until completion. Avianco helps manage service fulfillment, service claims, and service expenses. The module is able to support order fulfillment across multiple organizations.

With Avianco's Community Scheduling Module, You can:

Review all daily assignments as well as resource blocks (vacation, time-off, etc.) for all resources across multiple organizations
Review any unassigned or open assignments, including requests which are partially assigned
Assign status/cancellation codes by order, service date/time or assignment to cover items such as no-shows, weather cancellations, last minute cancellations, resource unavailability, etc.
Review assignments, open requests, and status codes across multiple organizations, for a specified date range
Limit views and operations for sub-organizations, so you can put multiple agencies on the same system, and allow for cross coordination and scheduling

Each day resources can review their daily assignments, locations of service, open claims and any future assignments as well.

Time & Expenses

Allows resource to claim time and expenses, enter in case notes, notes to administrators and any exceptions which may impact settlement.

After assignments are completed, resources can log on from their computer and/or mobile device and claim time and multiple expenses
Resources can claim a different start and end time
Comments can be added on by assignment for case notes
Miles can be entered in an transferred to both payables and billables depending on rates
Multiple expenses can be classified and claimed
