Service Order Creation & Collaboration

Service Order Creation In the service order creation phase, information is collected for customer account, order information, authorizations, locations of service, dates of services, consumer/clients (recipients of service) as well as any important service order attributes.

With Avianco's Community Scheduling Module, You can:

Setup services with customer account, location of service, dates/times of services, services requested, clients, and any other pertinent order information.
Enter orders yourself, or have customers enter in their own service order information
Reuse customer account information, location of service and client information, or conversely enter new information on the fly
Add multiple service types to the same order
Rapidly create multiple date/times for continuing service requests
Copy existing service orders to modify or add date/times to existing orders
Enter authorization amounts and time limits for budget and blanket order considerations
Separate information between internal administrative use, resources and customer descriptions
Collect pertinent medical, patient, student and/or client reference information
Add attributes by service order, location and account for intelligent matching of resources
Add unlimited documents and attachments by service order, account and location
Share and collaborate on demand with various schedulers in disparate locations

Resource Identification & Notification

Resource Identification At this step, schedulers work with resources and internal information to determine who is a good candidate(s) to fill the position. This may require many communication cycles the available resource pool, as well as negotiations.

With Avianco's Community Scheduling Module, You can:

Identify potential resources based on qualifications, skills, geographic region, availability, desire to be assigned, potential conflicts, etc.
Identify resources by resource type (staff, primary, secondary, freelance, etc.)
Identify multiple resources easily by date/time or resource for mass identification, assignment and notification
Communicate with resources through the process to verify identification, assignment and fulfillment, with email or message exchange, tracking all information along the way
Split up an assignment among multiple resources with different allocation times
Skip identification process and directly assign resource
Monitor which jobs have been fulfilled completely, with multiple assignments.

Resource Confirmation & Assignment

Resource Confirmation and Assignment Schedulers work with resource to find a good fit, they then make the assignment as needed to the resource. Once identified, the assignment is made and the order filled.

With Avianco's Community Scheduling Module, You can:

Track confirmations with individual resources
Adjust assignment times (starting and ending) to allocate assignments across multiple resources
Mass assign resources at once

Resource Notifications & Customer Confirmations

Once a resource has been assigned, both the customer and resource as alerted of the assignment, special instructions and notes.

With Avianco's Community Scheduling Module, You can:

Notify resource about assignment directly from the system, or check off if you have notified resource and method of contact
Confirm with customer about assignment, with all assignment details, or check off if you have confirmed with customer as well as method of contact
